The service and wait time was great. I had an appointment and it all went as planned. I am giving 3 stars because a certain employee has incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright cruel. I came in for a road exam, and didn't pass on my first attempt, which upset me quite a bit but the employee didn't care about that one bit (so much for compassion) and was only interested in getting me in for another appointment, but whatever, that's okay. It's only when I returned to re-take my exam that she crossed the line. She remembered me and confirmed in front of everyone that I had previously failed. She mocks me and asks my guardian "Did she cry and say bad things about me?" Absolutely not funny. I am not to be at the expense of her rude jokes. I am an adult who she thought was okay to pick on and it was incredibly disgusting. I cannot believe she is an instructor at such a nice place, it's such a shame. The best part of passing my test was that I would never have to see her again. I definitely won't be coming back or recommending this location to my friends for their road tests. I hope everyone else has better luck here.
Wait time was very short although there were many people in the lobby waiting. They seemed very organiZed and the staff who helped me were professional and courteous.
Went there today 11/13/17. The line was out to the door and all seats were full. Will try again EARLY tomorrow. Looks to me like they need more help
The 5 stars is for the actual customer service representatives. Special thanks to Jennifer for keeping up a smile near closing time. I would rate the receptionist and testing coordinator at 2 stars for their lack of concern towards the customers.
The staff was courteous and answered all of my questions. There was an issue with the computer that caused a delay with me receiving services. The waiting room is clean. Can't see the numbers easily from certain areas within the waiting room. Need to make numbers larger on screens that display the numbers.
