BEWARE SHADY MATH!!  On 10/28/17

13954 + 995= 18900 and 6000 for trade in. When asked how? I was told that they "over allowed on my trade in", with an attitude. Was excited to get a car  but the numbers didn't make since.

Update 11/2/17 Found this out today!

We purchased a brand new 2017 Kia Soul + from McGuire on the 18th. They worked very hard to get our payment as close to our budget that they could. They've worked extremely hard for our business and we will definitely be back. Peter Roche was so helpful to us during our entire process (which we took three days to complete to make sure we were doing the right thing). Also, the service department has been extremely efficient. Jim and his team are so nice and treat you with such respect and humility. First of many Kia purchases!

I was interested in a Ford Focus they had, I had been emailing a gentleman from their other dealership, who was very helpful(Ray) about the vehicle as I was extremely interested and was ready to make a purchase with a check in hand. We drove more than an hour for this vehicle, got there and was accommodated because we arrived late. After driving it we sat down with Mike, to start paperwork, before we got too far we wanted to know what the price out the door would be. Once getting the price we proceeded to try negotiating some(as everyone does at a dealership) and got shut down right away. The salesman made the comment "that we must live on an Indian reservation" several times. Which was very rude and discriminatory. I cant understand exactly what he meant by this, apparently negotiating is something only done on reservations? He wasn't having it though, and we ended up walking out after driving over an hour. I have never been to a dealership where there wasn't room for any kind of negotiating. I have never felt so talked down to. I am aware that we arrived late, but I made it very clear that was the case. Maybe they just didn't want to stay after closing. I wouldn't recommend this place.

On 10/30/17 I called to let them know I wasn't happy with the deal. They said come in and talk to us. So I did. Now 13954 + 995= 15200 but now my trade in is only worth 3000. When asked why again I was told "I was trying to save you money and taxes so I over allowed on your trade in. Now it's only worth 3000". So now Miguel the sales manager starts getting a bad attitude and finally went to 14800. Needless to say I wish I would have seen all these negative comments beforehand,  I definitely would have went elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Disregard any good deals on new cars on there website. They can't and won't explain all the assorted disclaimers for the incentives on new cars. They can't give you any kind of price you would have to pay with incentives IF you are eligible for them.On top of all that they actually can't find the particular cars you're interested in that have all the Incentives.they are not on the lot.The 2 new cars I was interested in,they eventually figured out that they lent them out as loaners.(Not on Lot). Also told me that when it returns in a week, that it wouldn't have the 10 year/100,000 warranty in effect because they lent it out and it has mileage on it. WOWWWW What will they come up with next week when it is supposed to be returned to the dealership .Not hanging around to find out,I've seen and heard enough.Classic bait and switch!!!!!!! Good Luck

I purchased a 2012 Ford F150 and realized 3 days later the power locks don't work as well as the bright light switch. None of these issues were fixed. The finance guys lied to me and refused to answer their phones or return voicemails. I physically got to meet Sean McGuire today in person after many failed attempts to resolve multiple issues from sales to finance up to the owner by actually driving to the dealership. Sean was polite but offered no help and stated he listened to a phone conversation between Miguel and I and I was rude to his employee for using the word ass. Ironically, Sean and Garvin left me in their office with a creepy man in a polo and khakis sitting in the corner who would not speak while Sean went to talk to Finance. During this awkward 10 minutes, they left Vulgar rap music playing loudly while creepy guy and I were subjected to listening to a multitude of foul language. Hypocrite!!! I felt as though I was part of a Sociology experiment. I went to speak to creepy guy and he got up and left the office without saying a word. Sean never reappeared. Garvin helped me finish up with what I hope is my last time ever dealing with any McGuire owned entity. Watch out for Creepy white polo and Khaki guy who doesn't speak and check the vehicle thoroughly. Good luck dealing with these liars and don't expect any communication unless you physically drive there and call them out. On a positive note---Jim in Service gets 5 stars and Garvin gets 4 Stars for being the most honest person I dealt with inside Sales part. That's good for Sean because 90% of his revenue is through Jim and the Service Dept. Keep up the good work Jim. Sincerely, Mike Weaver

They have lied from the beginning to get my deal through. I made a specific request to stay with my bank. Later when asked about my bank financing me I was told that "we didn't even get a hit from your bank". In reality they reported that I made $1000 more a month than what  I do. That threw up a red flag of sorts with my bank. When my bank asked for proof of income McGuire Kia didn't follow up.
