Lastly, I just retured thier vehicle and i'm on my way the enterprise. I would've returned it day 2 if it wasn't for my work schedule.

These people are scammers. I Had the car for 2 days, 40 miles.I was charged for 7 days and 360 miles, Added damage, and fuel. I returned car with more fuel than when received. The car was also absolutely filthy, and covered in fur on the inside, when picked up.The manager is Marquita Lewis, and I dealt with Cedrick when receiving the car. If you see either of them, turn around and leave. If someone new is around, Maybe they can help you out better than I was treated. Good Luck. They want to screw you.

DISGUSTED!
I am utterly disgusted by the lack of care and professionalism conveyed. Frankly, this location is not even worth the time i'm wasting on tbis review. However, i'm compelled to, at the very least, warn my fellow consumers about what they will potentially be getting themselves into if they attempt to conduct business at this location.
I had absolutely no issues. The staff was courteous, the car was clean and we had a really good experience. I would have no issue suggesting their facility to a friend or family member.

Negative 5 - customer service
Had a great experience renting a car for the weekend from this location. I live in a different county, but drove to Lake Wales because, their fees were considerably less than my county offered and the representative, Eric was very kind, courteous and professional. Could not have been any happier with the car that was rented to me or the service I received. I will be renting from them again in the near future and will refer friends and family there, as well.
They sold my car while I was renting it and was told I could not extend my contract for one day????? Then trying to find the Lake Wales location was a joke. I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the location to assist me in finding it, then once I did find it they did not any cars to swap out for me to extend my contract. This was corporates resolution to this!
Wish I could rate 0, or even negative numbers. THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER. Especially considering that its supposed to be FREE, or otherwise covered by my insurance. AVOID AT ALL COST. WALK TO YOUR DESTINATIONS IF YOU MUST!
