Say NO to Jcpenny credit card offers. The manager named Destiny pressured my husband to sign up for a Jcpenny credit card and promised to give him 40% off even if he does not get approved. This manager lied and applied my $40.00 rewards instead of applying the 40% discount as she promised. She has no integrity or ethics. She just wants people to apply for the Jcpenny credit card. I know all employees get cash back at the end of their shift for having a customer apply for a credit card. Destiny as a manager should be ashamed of taking advantage of customers. The next day another manager Joan could not solve the issue. Both managers are inadequate for they do not have empathy for the customer's only looking to make cash for having a customer apply for a Jcpenny card. Say NO to Jcpenny credit card requests they turn everything around. Do not apply these ladies do not care.
This place used to be a little gloomy. But lately, it's seems more vibrant and up-beat. What ever it is they are doing, now, KEEP IT UP!!! Highly recommend.
Only 1 register open. Went in back door where shoes and home goods are located because I was looking for towels. Three people at the register in shoes but it was closed. Had to walk half way through the store to get checked out. Was told by the person there "we don't have the hours to bring people in during the week ". Ok done with JC Penney at Eagle Ridge mall. Will make the drive to Possner Park.
