Service was prompt, knowlegable and very polite took steps necessary to complete job but on the other hand tech disconnected an issue which was not related to the problem and left ot that way, owner and tech were not on the same page regarding the amount of hours it took to complete the job so there was a discrepancy with price and I was still having issues with the repair as well But i left as is. A few months passed needed other work done. After calling speaking to representative person i spoke to was very disrespectful and I was told things such as having a electrical nightmare and that I would need to find another electrician customer service skills were very bad and i will need to hire another company to fix the problem they created
