At the same time if anyone is considering using this company, use them as long as your not time constricted. The people are very good.
My issue wasn't a personality problem but with respect for our time.
I'm not so stuck in my ways as to not understand unforseen issues. But that's not the case I gave this company 4 chances!! I finally gave up and canceled their service.
