At first I thought the outside washers and dryers were cool. First my man went to get change and the machine ate his money. He tells the lady, she was super rude, made him shoe her his license before she returned his money. Our dryer popped open about five times while drying spilling our clothing onto the floor. One of the dryers actually caught fire! I mean full on flames inside the dryer! The lady that was there had no sense of urgency about the fire that could have lit everything up! It took my man Alex grabbing the fire extinguisher and putting the fire out. There were a bunch of people there and they all thought the fire was funny. There were children there and no one tried to do anything. Really sad actually. Then the fire dept took so long that if it hadn't been contained, it would have ended very badly. The woman there was telling Alex to just let the fire dept handle it. If he had done that the whole line of dryers would have blown up! My man didn't even get so much as a thank you from that woman. They need to hire people who know how to react in a situation like that. Really pathetic and I will never ever go there again
We used the outdoor machines. They were dirty and it was kind of scary. I had an unsafe feeling.
Not a bad price dryers work well. But there is so much drama here and it is dirty. I'd rather go to a more expensive laundry mat.
