Not really the place u wanna stay unless u really need to lay your head not up to date but u get what u pay for.
Clean room and fair price. Maintenance outside could be nicer but okay in the room. You are not going to impress anyone but you will get a good night sleep.
I would rate this hotel a zero if I could, never ever returning even if it meant sleeping in my car. After getting checked in and unpacking in our very basic room. This is the only hotel I know that isn't using flat screen TV's. Full of roaches. We got a call from the manger stating we weren't who we said we were, that we are lying and we needed to get out. We had made reservations through hotwire and received the confirmation email giving us our itenerary number but apparently the hotel had not received our information. The owners of this hotel are not friendly nor knew how to take the time to simply talk to us to find out what the confusion was, I mean you checked us in... No sooner did we hang up and got hot wire on the phone the manger was banging on our door like they police yelling for us to get our stuff and get out that were liars. The only hot wire reservation they had was for tomorrow. That he would call they police if we didn't get out. OMG!! Thank God my little girl was with my oldest daughter. After all we said and done these people never once apologized for their actions or behavior. What a way to run your business.. I won't be back and if you decide to stay that's cool but be prepared to NOT GET ANY REASONABLE RESOLUTION WITH a PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE BECAUSE KICKING YOU OUT IS EASIER THAN USING THEIR BRAIN TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT OR FIGURING OUT THE PROBLEM..
Small but adequate rooms. Carpet and coffee pot in the room.
LET'S BEGIN WITH THE CLERK BEING CLEARLY VISUALLY OVER THE LIMIT OF BEING INTOXICATED! THE WORST, MOST FILTHIEST, DISRESPECTED PLACE I'VE EVER VISITED HERE IN LAKE WALES. THE COUNTER CLERK WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPLEASANT, AND HAD NO CONSIDERATION FOR OUR NEEDS. MUCH LESS LET US EVEN BE ABLE TO SPEAK WITH HIM CONSIDERING WHAT WE WE'RE IN NEED OF. EVEN AFTER ASKING HIM TO CALM DOWN HE RUDELY AND ANGRILY STUMBLED TO THE DOOR AND SLUNG IT OPEN, DEMANDING FOR US TO LEAVE WITH HIS BACK TOWARDS US AND AS WE WERE LEAVING HE CLOSED AND LOCKED THE DOORS AND TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS! I HIGHLY don't recommend this place to ANYBODY, especially with children!!
