Governor said this location was free to evacuees. Tjat was fib. Was told enroll in auto pay it would b tjat was a fib. Then charged i surance. Forced to purchase their locks. Charged for climate control when not needed. It was awful***
On the day of our truck rental, they did not have the vehicle we reserved. They did not seem concerned that our needs were not fulfilled and told us we could get what we wanted "down the road".
