My wife had an appointment to be finger printed for a change of name application. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the receptionist. She was very cordial and professional. We had to wait just a few minutes before the Finger Print Technician called us. We were done in a very short period of time.
I keep calling the telephone number they have listed on their website for non-emergency situations but nobody ever answers the phone and I'm unable to leave a message. Poor service
