I went through this company to buy my first home and Century 21 in Lake Wales,Fl assigned a real estate agent name Bob to me. I had a really bad experience due to the fact that this was my first experience buying a home and when it was time for my husband and I to put in offers, he was not supportive (Example: The house was on sale for $200,000 I would ask for his advice on a good offer to put in and his response would be "I don't know it's your money that's something I can't really help you on") I really needed advice for offers due to this being my first experience so I was out there on my own.
Another bad experience I had with Bob is I put an offer in on a house but then a few days later I changed my mind due to complications we would have from living in that area and I could tell Bob was highly upset and it showed and after that the 1 phone call he did make to me on a quarterly basis turned into no calls at all. I was basically making all the calls to him for updates. Long story short he put absolutely no effort in helping me find the perfect home every home I viewed it's because I was the one who found it.
Bob was our real estate agent. We put our home on the market. He walked us through every step. We sold our home and in two months we were able to move to our dream place in Tennessee. So thankful for Bob he was with us through every step. There to answer everyone of our questions. Outstanding customer service.
I did not have the experience my friend had when she bought a house a few months after myself, because her real estate agent actually called her and was telling her about homes that she may love and even set up appointments for her see the houses and unfortunately for me I only got an email once a week from an automatic system that told me about homes for sale and 1 phone call every three months but that's only after I emailed him on the status of buying a home.
Eileen assisted me with the purchase of my home. She was referred by my parents, so I knew she would go above and beyond the expectations I had. Being out of State Buyers, we would frequently stop by the Office without an appointment. When Eileen was unavailable, the Staff at Century 21 At Your Service Realty would happily assist with our questions and concerns. I would Highly recommend Century 21 At Your Service Realty if you are Selling or Buying.
My next home buying experience will be a great one because I will not be going through Century 21.
Basically I was on my own except for when I finally did find a home he was finally there for me during the process of signing all the paper so he can get PAID!!!! for doing nothing. My husband begged me to switch to a different real esatate company and now that I think about it I should have listened to him. I did not want to start all the way over with a new real estate agent after getting my pre-approval and having to start back over from the beginning but the good thing is I do love my new home that I found.
